School Fee Structure for 2016/2017 Academic Year

1. One-time Payment Fees

Application Fee

THB 3,000 is payable when the application is submitted and is a non-refundable administration charge.

Entrance/Enrolment Fee

Payable upon initial enrolment and the confirmation of the place at the school by the school. This fee is non-refundable. Two options for payment are below:

  1. A one-time lump sum fee of THB 50,000 for Early Years entry/THB 90,000 for Primary or Secondary entry, or
  2. A capital levy of THB 15,000 which is charged termly in addition to the tuition fee for the first eight terms.


The Capital Levy allows parents who are in Thailand for only a short period of time to have a reduced Enrolment Fee. However, parents who opt to pay the Capital Levy for the first few terms and would then like to change to the normal Enrolment Fee payment will be expected to pay the entire THB 90,000 in addition to any Capital Levy payments.

** In Term 3 of Year 11 and Year 13, iGCSE and IB examination fees will be levied accordingly.

3. General Deposits

The general deposit is used to compensate for loss or damage to school property, including but not limited to, library books, educational equipment, etc. This deposit will be refunded when the student leaves the school if no damages occur:

4. English as an Additional Language (EAL) Fee

Additional support for EAL will be charged to the students for whom English is not their first language and/or below the school’s standard:

5. Special Education Needs (SEN) Fee

Support for SEN students (if required) will be charged as appropriate depending on the assessment of need.

9. Payment Methods

10. School Fee Refunds

A refund of tuition fees, canteen fees and transportation fees will only be granted depending on the following conditions:
“When a child leaves the school before the next term starts and parents have paid for the forthcoming term fees, the parents will be refunded for the full term. If the child starts a new term and that term’s fees have been paid, the parents will be refunded for half the term’s fees as long as the child leaves before the half-term break. If a child attends any part of the second half-term but leaves before its end, there will be no refund. In the case of Term 3, the first/second half term split will be judged as exactly 50% of the duration of the Term”.

11. Interest Rate for late payment

Tuition fees and meal fees are payable termly in advance. Fees remaining unpaid outside the invoice credit period will be subject to interest of 1.25% per month of outstanding balance until payment is received.
