Innovation students get to grips, with littlebits!

Published by Admin

Students in Primary have been busy inquiring with Littlebits! Littlebits are colour coded electronic circuit bits that snap together magnetically. Each bit does a different job. Some provide power, some are an output such as light, sound or movement. Some of the bits affect the power in different ways such as pulsing, inverting or controlling the level of power delivered. With Littlebits, students can be creative and bring inventions to life, or problem solve to find solutions. They can even add an element of art to make the creative possibilities endless! Everyone has been having fun getting acquainted with our Littlebits and the design cycle, and we invite all primary students to come try them out during our lunchtime Makerspace club! (Fridays–Y5&6, Wednesdays-Y3&4, Thursdays- Y1&2)
